Client Specialist 

Applicant must have either have a college degree or currently be working towards one. Must be proficient in the following areas: 



1. Face to face communication

2. Organization

3. Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook; Strong PowerPoint design and development skills

4. Strong organizational and customer service skills
5. Strong written communication skills

6. Social media



We are looking for an ambitious, driven, intelligent, sociable, dedicated person that can keep up (or run ahead).

•The firm is just getting off the ground & expects rapid growth (with your help). Using traditional marketing & brand new strategies, the position will be fluid and fast-paced



•Currently part time (20+ -) per week anticipating this will become full-time by August



•Service and develop relations with clients



•Create sales materials that support new business. Develop professional client & conference presentations 


•Work extensively with Social Media 



•Facilitate team members as a personal assistsant


•Develop and/or refine approach to high-impact marketing & communications for new & existing products & services


•Support departmental strategic plans with well-executed tactics & project coordination



•Scheduling and organizational aid



•Promote company as brand ambassador & assist in client sales



•Compensation discussed upon job offer. Will start off as hourly & include percentage of profit each month. Anticipating salary pay by end of the year
